Director:  Gloria Johnston
Gloria Johnston has been invloved in pageantry activites for close to 30 years.  She was one of the managers for the original Maine Attraction and served as the Director of Taboo Colorguard for 10 years.  She has worked with Wells HS, Westbrook HS, Old Orchard Beach HS and is currently the Colorguard Coordinator for Biddeford HS in Maine. 

Margaret Pitt, Program Coordinator - Lead Technician
Margaret is one of the Directors of Maine Attraction and serves as the show coordinator and lead techinician for the guard.  Margaret brings years of experience to Maine Attraction and was one of the original members as well as captain.  Currently, Margaret is the Colorguard Coordinator for the Old Orchard Beach HS Marching Band and is on the visual team of the Salem High School Marching Band in Salem, NH.  She has been teaching in the Southern Maine area for over 25 years.  She was also a member of Quasar Colorguard, 1983 W.G.I. Bronze Medalists, Erte Productions, 1985 W.G.I. World Champion and the 27th Lancers Drum and Bugle Corps. 

Jim Vitagliano, Show Design
Jim comes to Maine Attraction with many years of pageantry experience.  Currently he is the President of the Massachusetts Judges Association and is also the Visual Coordinator for the Salem HS Marching Band in Salem, NH. He was also recently invited to judge for W.G.I. for the 2009 season.  He has worked with a number of guards, drum corps and bands over the past 28 years including, St. Catherine's, The Guardsmen, St. Anthony's, Suburbanettes, Avilaros of Boston, Taboo, 27th Lancers and Spartans.  He served on the W.G.I. Board of Directors in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1994 and 1995 while working with the Suburbanettes and was the Independent A class representative for two of those years.

Andrew Bard, Equipment Choreographer/Technician
Andrew grew up in Maine and has been teaching HS marching band for 10 years including schools in Dover NH, Westbrook, Dixfield, Lewiston, and Old Orchard Beach. He was a member of the Taboo colorguard in 2003.  Andrew has been an advanced flag clinician for the Maine Colorguard Extravaganza since 1999. Andrew also performed with Blessed Sacrament World for the 2008 season.

Paula Collins, Technician/Consultant
Paula is a native of Massachusetts and joined the Maine Attraction team in 2008.  Paula brings a rich background of colorguard history with her and serves as a technician/consultant.  Paula was a member of the Satin Dolls from 1989-1993, WGI Bronze Medalists - Avilaros of Boston from 1993-1999 where she was also captain from 1995 - 1999.  We are very excited to have her on board!!

Bryan MacDonald, Staging Technician
Bryan is also a Maine native and has worked with Biddeford HS and Old Orchard Beach HS in Maine.  His expertise is as a visual staging tech and he comes to Maine Attraction with a wealth of experience as a technician.  He currently is on the visual staff of the Salem HS Marching Band in Salem, NH and is the visual caption head for the Biddeford HS Marching band in Biddeford, ME.  He was a member of the Boston Crusaders. 

Teila Norris, Support Staff
Teila is a native of Maine and joined the Maine Attraction staff for the first time in 2008.  She was a member of the Biddeford High School marching band from 1996-2003, the Biddeford winterguard from 1999-2003, and the Spartans drum and bugle corps from 2000-2005.  She currently works with the colorguard at Biddeford High School.

Steve Pinette, Support Staff/Videographer
Steve is a native of Maine and is the videographer for Maine Attraction.
